Originally started off as a Student Rental Housing Company, we shifted our portfolio to short term rentals. We have partnered with Residential and Commercial Landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Guaranteed Income for the owner of the property, no worry about tenants defaulting on rent and no ability to evict.
